Terms of service

BY COMMISSIONING ME, YOU AGREE:

- You (my client) must be 18 years old or older to commision me.- You (my client) understand that I only produce digital work. No shipping will be involved.- I reserve the right to refuse a commission for any reason I see fit. If this is the case, I also reserve the right to not reply/respond to any commission offer that I have refused.- I reserve the right to cancel a commission if you (my client) behave disrespectfully towards me.- My work is for personal/private use only, unless otherwise stated. If you (my client) wish to use my work commercially, please make this explicitly within your order form.- I maintain all rights to the work I produce for you.
This means that unless you (my client) states otherwise, I can publish my commissioned works on social media, add them to my professional portfolio, use them for published work and sell them on printed goods.- You (my client) cannot edit, trace, copy or remove my signature from the finished product. Do not claim my work as your own, even if you commissioned it from me. Explicit credits to me (@madocallie), or a link to one of my social media platforms must be shown every time the art is showcased.- You (my client) cannot mint my commissioned art as an NFT (Non-Fungible Token). I don't want to engage with cryptocurrencies or NFTs. By extension, none of my other work should be minted either, regardless of whether you're my client or not.

PROCESS AND PAYMENT DETAILS:

- Commissions are not first-come, first-served. Please keep this in mind before ordering.- Full payment will be sent before the commission begins. I request payment via PayPal invoice only. I will not continue your (my client's) commission until I have received your payment.- If you (my client) wish to change something about your commission, please state these changes during my sketching and linework phase. I will only send a sketch preview of the commission before going through my illustration process ( linework -> colors -> refining). If you wish to see the other stages of my illustration process, please ask on your commission form.- Turnaround time for commissioned work will vary depending on what work is requested. They can take as little as 1 week or under, or as long as 2 months. For an additional fee, deadlines and rush orders can be arranged.- I do not allow chargebacks or PayPal disputes. If you (my client) would like to discuss an issue or if you want a refund, please get in contact with me. I'd be more than happy to talk.Depending on the status of your commission, refunds will be available in different percentages.- A total refund is only given if I haven't worked on your commission yet, or if I haven't progressed with it for six months. I also give full refunds to those whose orders I cannot complete.- 70% of the total price is refunded during the sketch phase.- 40% of the total price is refunded during the line phase.- NO refunds will be given during the coloring/refining phase, or if the commission is complete.

Prices & Guidelines

The prices listed are for common orders I'll receive.However, I'm very flexible with my artwork; so if you want to commission me for something that isn't listed, I'd be happy to listen.Click here for samples of my work.Commercial use of my artwork must be explicitly stated at the start of your (my client’s) commission.I charge a one-time fee of +100%/double the final price for any commercial usage of my works. This includes album/book covers, printing, stream assets, game illustrations and promotional artwork.For merchandise design (such as clothing, charms, posters, etc.), I charge a one-time fee of +200% the final price.I also offer process videos of your piece for free. If you want one, please state as such in your commission form.

Illustrations (OPEN)

This commission will be approximately 2000x3000px , at 300dpi.If you wish to change the canvas size or any other aspects, we can discuss them together.

PNGTuber Models (OPEN)

A PNGTuber model will come either as a .psd or as a zipped folder of .pngs. These .pngs will come in two sizes: 4096x4096px and 2048x2048px, with a resolution of 300dpi. They will also have a transparent background.The 2048px set of files is optimized to stream in 1080p with PNGTuber software such as VeadoTube.Please note that the pricing for these models include commercial usage fees. In other words, you can use the model I gave you in monetized content; such as monetized streams, videos and shorts.Your basic SD/Cartoony PNGTuber model will contain 4 expressions:
- Eyes open, mouth closed.
- Eyes open, mouth open.
- Eyes closed, mouth closed.
- Eyes closed, mouth open.Bust models get additional blush and tears variations of the base expressions.Thighs-up models get all of the above, plus a small toggle (accessories, animal parts, alt eyes, or additional expressions).Fullbody models get everything above, plus a large toggle
(large accessories, alt hairstyles, alt outfits, mascots, or alt poses.)

EMOTES/Badges (OPEN)

Emotes for Twitch/Youtube Memberships/Discord are $40 per emote. These are intended for commercial use, so you can use these for monetized content; such as exclusive emotes for Twitch Subscribers or Youtube Members.Loyalty badges are $40 each on average, but price may fluctuate depending on their complexity and the number of major revisions required. For example, a series of loyalty badges that only change color will be $20 each.Emotes and badges are 2048x2048px and 300dpi.This commission also includes minor revisions.Upon completion, you will receive a .zip file containing your emote/emotes, as well as any requested resizes of them.
